To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your product has been used, we will not be able to accept a return or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team by phone or email within 30 days of your purchase. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for how to return your item.
Please note that all shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. If the item is being exchanged due to a mistake on our part, we will cover the cost of shipping.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria. If your item is eligible for a return, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days. If your item is eligible for an exchange, we will process the exchange and ship out your new item within 1-2 business days.
Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. If you received a defective item or an incorrect item, we will issue a full refund including shipping costs. If you are returning an item for any other reason, we will issue a refund for the item price only.
